Gold Export Procedure:
Our gold export process ensures transparency, accuracy, and compliance at every stage. Upon receipt, goods are assayed in our gold lab, followed by the preparation of an export invoice. The gold is then sent to the Precious Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC) for final government assay and sealing. Once sealed, the goods are scanned and securely transported to the flight. All export documents, including the airline freight copy, are sent to the buyer or refinery for customs clearance. As per agreement, 100% of the gold’s value is repatriated through Prestige Metals Logistics’ account.
Goods are received in the gold lab.
Assay is done.
Export invoice is prepared in accordance with the assay and obtained goods are taken to Precious Minerals Marketing Company (Government assayer and exporter) for final assay.
Sealing is done.
Sealed goods are scanned and taken to the flight for export.
All documents including airline freight copy are mailed to the buyer/refinery for customs clearing.
Repatriation of 100% of the funds of the value of the gold through Prestige Metals logistic’s account as per agreement.
